T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese fitness regime, using very slow martial arts movements to improve health, wellness, and balance. Concentrating on “focus & flow”.  

 

Qigong is movement with controlled breathing helping to produce energy in the body,

and is older than T’ai Chi.

 

Any activity requiring total mind concentration will also control our breath.  

This demonstrates the connection between our minds and breathing.

Tai Chi

Meaning “supreme ultimate boxing.”
